Jennell is a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. Jennell holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Toledo. Jennell provides individuals and families with effective, evidence-based treatment and has received additional education and training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Child Adult Relationship Enhancement Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. When Jennell is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, learning, listening to podcasts, and watching funny videos on TikTok.
Jennell works with adults and teens who want guidance and encouragement managing distressing personal and interpersonal realities while working towards value-consistent goals. When working with adults and teens, Jennell empowers each individual clients’ needs, values, beliefs, and aspirations while facilitating personal growth and healing. Jennell helps her clients to develop personal awareness and insightful understanding of themselves by acknowledging unwanted emotions, exploring internal family systems, resolving inner conflict, and healing from past experiences.
