Seeking support is one of the most courageous decisions you can make, and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who provides therapy in both English and Spanish. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, grief, and other emotional concerns. I believe every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and build a more fulfilling life when provided with the right support and therapeutic tools.

My therapeutic approach is personalized, collaborative, and evidence-based. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, values, and goals. My work integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy (Level 2), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Systemic Therapy, and multicultural approaches to care.

As an EMDR Clinician, I have advanced training in trauma treatment and have also completed specialized training in applying EMDR with couples, allowing me to help partners heal from both individual and relational wounds while strengthening emotional connection and communication. I am also a certified SYMBIS Premarital Assessment Facilitator and enjoy helping couples build healthy, resilient relationships before and throughout marriage.

For clients who desire it, I also offer the integration of spirituality and faith into the therapeutic process. I respect each person’s beliefs and values and can incorporate spiritually informed interventions when they align with the client’s goals, preferences, and personal worldview.

Whether you are navigating difficult life circumstances, healing from past experiences, strengthening your relationship, or simply seeking personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy, authenticity, and respect. My hope is that together we can create meaningful change and help you move toward a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our three children. I also love playing soccer, which keeps me active and reminds me of the importance of teamwork, resilience, and maintaining a healthy balance in life.
