Psychiatrist (Prescribing Physician)
Dr. Allison Cohen is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who has completed fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She recently sat for her subspecialty board examination in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and is awaiting results.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Cohen completed her undergraduate studies at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, where she graduated summa cum laude with Dean’s High Honors. She went on to earn her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI, where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She then returned to Washington to complete her psychiatry residency and child and adolescent fellowship in Spokane, during which she presented a poster at the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) Annual Meeting.
Dr. Cohen has experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions across all ages. She values a collaborative and compassionate approach to care, integrating evidence-based medication management and psychotherapy to support patients and families in making well-informed treatment decisions that reflect each individual’s unique goals and needs.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Cohen enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Cohen is an in-network provider with Medical Mutual and Paramount HMO/PPO/Marketplace insurance plans. She is not an in-network provider for Paramount Advantage/Elite.
Dr. Cohen is an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to verify benefits for out-of-network providers. Full fee will be paid on day of service.
