Joy Lauerer is an in-network provider with Medical Mutual and Paramount HMO/PPO/Marketplace insurance plans. She is not an in-network provider for Paramount Advantage/Elite.

Joy Lauerer is an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to verify benefits for out-of-network providers. Full fee will be paid on day of service.
